No Room For Doubts and Fears

Doubting and fears are popular weapons the enemy use against us to sequester, and destroy our hopes, dreams, plans and schemes…they are vision killers. Doubting and fears create suspicious minds that destroy our families and other meaningful relationships; even our walk with God. When you think about the laundry list of things that are happening in our world today that affect our families like: wars, crimes, oppression, terrorist attacks, social and economic uncertainties, job losses, sickness, disease and insecurities of many kinds; you may think there are reasons to be fearful and uncertain. But, the promise is: God will strengthen you and help you. He will uphold you with his righteous hand. God is in control no matter how things appear.

Ephesians 6:10-13 (NLT)

A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle, you will still be standing firm.
