Trusting In Almighty God

There are times when my world seems upside down, trials come from every imaginable place causing my heart to ache; it seems overwhelming but then… there is God who steps in! I should never be amazed or surprised when God steps in and his glory shines light into the darkness and he makes every wrong right. God’s glory covers the skies, he is like a bright light; when he stands the earth shakes, when he looks, the mountains crumble and hills fall down. When I think about who God is and how powerful and awesome God is, I am assured that no weapon formed against me can prosper and every tongue that rises against me in judgment shall be condemned. I am protected! God will do this for all who trust and obey him, not just me…be encouraged.

Zephaniah 3:18-19 (NCV)

“I will take away the sadness planned for you, which would have made you very ashamed. At that time I will punish all those who harmed you. I will save my people who cannot walk and gather my people who have been thrown out. I will give them praise and honor in every place where they were shamed.
