Standing On The Word Of God
We are living in times when common sense is not common and over inflated, egotistical men seem to be mapping paths that lead to the destruction of our world as we know. The hearts of some in power have seemingly waxed cold. Our world has been built and enhanced by the faith, hopes, dreams, intelligence and sweat of the ones who usually go unnoticed and unrewarded. We must stand on the word of God to avoid losing consciousness and becoming angry, bitter, critical, narrow-minded, ruthless and selfish.
We must be steadfast, unrelenting, and know, no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, God shall condemn, the bottom rail will become the top and the first shall be last and the last will become first and God himself will fight for you and you shall hold your peace. I also know Almighty God, will defeat any enemies who attack you or me. No matter where, when, or how they come, they will go away from us. God’s word is everlasting, always the same. God will restore that which was taken from you and me with greater and sustained.
James 5:11 (ERV)
And we say that those who accepted their troubles with patience now have God’s blessing. You have heard about Job’s patience. You know that after all his troubles, the Lord helped him. This shows that the Lord is full of mercy and is kind.
