Christ, Our Eternal Hope

Everyone has hopes, plans and dreams whether they are believers or not, but if they are not believers, then their hopes, plans and dreams are nothing more than wishful thinking. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen… you must trust and believe in something/ someone (God) or you will fall for anything and become misguided. Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. We are God’s house, his body, his property; I belong to God. I am certain we should hold firmly to our assurance and hope on which we stand; all else is sinking sand. Whoever hopes in God will not be disappointed, full of fear, or ashamed. God alone will turn evil into good. I know for certain God never lies, nor can he lie, therefore, I live in hope of his promises being fulfilled.

Romans 5:1-2 (NIV)

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.
