Renewed Strength, Peace, and Power (Blog)
As I ponder the state of our country and the world, I can see clearly that our leaders seem to be more concerned about their wealth than the care and concerns of the people that they are supposed to be serving. They masqueraded as people who desired to serve us, yet they appear to be ego driven dictators. Is there any good servants out there that are willing to do the right thing without focusing on personal gain for themselves, their friends and family? We are in need of a make-over so we can remember our Creator while we have time. It is through submission and obedience that we can experience a time of refreshing, revival, revelation and renewal. We, the people of God must take our focus off how big our perceived problems and trying circumstances are and focus on the only one who can and will deliver us, God. Let the people of faith come together with humility, being selfless and pray for transformation, strength, peace and brotherly love.
Isaiah 1:18-20 (NLT)
“Come now, let’s settle this,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool. If you will only obey me,you will have plenty to eat. But if you turn away and refuse to listen, you will be devoured by the sword of your enemies. I, the Lord, have spoken!”
