Be A Better Steward Of The Earth and Its Resources
Abba Father, My God, My Refuge, My Strength, and My Hope, I rise to this new day with the expectancy of divine intervention, guidance, and instructions for this present moment and all the days of my life, always making the best use of the gifts and talents You have entrusted to me. What is Your plan for my life today? What am I to do this day for the building of Your kingdom, the preservation of the earth, and its resources? Father, I am acutely aware that it does not matter how long I live, I only have the present moment. So, please guide me along the Path of Life so that I make the best use of the time You have so graciously given me. Father, I bring to You my concerns about the state of the World and the earth’s resources. I also ask You, Almighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ, let Your Spirit teach us how to live and love in service and with compassion, for the sake of all children, humanity, and the earth and its resources. O Father, search me and purify me, create in me a clean heart overflowing with more love, and let me love those whom society deems unlovable and forgive those who have wounded me deeply. Empower me to let go of any deep-seated ill feelings, so I can love as You love, and forgive as I am forgiven. Of course, I realize we all fall short of Your glory and perfect love, but I ask You, to let me abide in You where I cannot foster grudges, self-pity, or be ensnared by things that distract me and cause me to participate in unloving behavior. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, by the guidance and teaching of the Holy Spirit, to let me be a better steward of the time, talents, and resources You have entrusted to me. I believe everything belongs to You; therefore, I am seeking to serve, rather than being served. I continue this journey through life, in the name of Jesus Christ, by the directions and teachings of the Holy Spirit who dwells in me with confidence that You, Almighty God, created the earth for humankind and we are now stewards of Your creation. Please forgive us when and where we have failed to be good stewards by wasting the time, gifts, and talents You have entrusted to us while we live. Father, I ask in the name of Jesus Christ, through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, please let us be more faithful, fruitful, compassionate, loving, and generous to those who are unfortunate and marginalized for Your glory and the preservation of the earth. My sins are forgiven, my hope is in Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! Amen!
Psalm 21:4 NLT: The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. Titus 1: 7-10 ESV: For an overseer, as God's steward, must be above reproach. He must not be arrogant or quick-tempered or a drunkard or violent or greedy for gain, but hospitable, a lover of good, self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it. For there are many who are insubordinate, empty talkers, and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision party.
Grand Rising Everyone! Please Remember, “An overseer, as God’s steward, must be above reproach. He must not be abusive, a bully, a liar, arrogant, quick-tempered, a drunkard, divisive, oppressive, hateful, violent, or greedy for gain, but must be faithful, hospitable, a lover of God and good, self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined.” What we are witnessing is more than global warming, it is the wrath of God, believe it or not. Only God can save us. Abundant blessings!
