Be Confident In Who We Are

Abba Father, My God, The Creator of All that is and will ever be, I rise to this day, in the name of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit, with the acute awareness that we are God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, putting on the garments of praise, thanksgiving, compassionate hearts, mercy, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Father, please make our hearts tender so, we make allowances for each other’s faults, and forgive others so that we are forgiven. Above all else, Father, please, let us clothe ourselves with love, which binds our hearts together so we can live in perfect harmony. Then let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts because we are all members of one body, and we are called to live in peace…let us never forget. Father, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, let us devote ourselves to prayer with alert minds and thankful hearts, so the world can be a better place for all humanity, and we are better stewards of our families, kind to others, and we use the resources of the earth mindfully, and above all else…we are more consistent in our love and service to You. Empower us to live mindfully among those who do not believe, let us be examples of Your love as Your light shines in us and through us as we make the most of every moment to demonstrate Your divine love and compassion to others. Let our conversations be gracious and truthful…let us never get in just to fit in. Thank You, Father, for giving us the power to talk right, to walk right, and to stand firm according to Your word as we walk the Path of life with integrity, even if we must stand alone. After all, You gave us a spirit not of fear but of power, love, and self-control. Let us always remember who we are and whose we are and that we have been chosen not to be like those who live in the flesh, even though we are in the world we are not of the world…we belong to You. Let us always remember we are made in Your own image and to live according to Your will and Your word no matter what the day may bring. Let us be confident that no weapon formed against us can succeed and all that is meant to harm us, You will make it stepping stones to our success. Hallelujah! Amen!

Ephesians 2:4-7 ESV: But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace, you have been saved— and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
