Be Mindful of What You Say or Think About Yourself And Others

Abba Father, My God, I rise to this day praising You and thanking You for the gift of life, being kept by You night and day under grace and in a perfect way. I am thankful for Your word which tells me how to think, how I am to speak, and live mindfully. Your word tells me that death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits. Oh, my Father, let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight. Search me, Lord, purify me, then fill me with all that is necessary for my will to align with Your will; so, I am mindful of what comes out of my mouth. I am acutely aware that it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but it is what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person; after all, words have immense power. Therefore, I ask You, Almighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ, to empower me to think before I speak. Let me ponder each word before I say something that is harmful to myself or others. Please, Lord, bridle my tongue…do not let unwholesome foul profane, worthless, vulgar words ever come out of my mouth, but only such speech as is good for building up others, according to the need and the occasion, so that it will be a blessing to those who hear me speak. In the world in which we live, the deceiver has normalized assassinating other's characters, making fun of those who are frail, look different, dressed different, or are marginalized to make themselves feel better than the person they are talking about… let this practice cease to be entertaining or gratifying for those who embrace it. I ask You, O Lord, let there be no filthiness, nor foolish talk, nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving and encouragement for those who are downcast. After all, harsh words spoken can break a child’s spirit and wound a person’s soul. Father, I ask in the name of Jesus Christ, let us guard our hearts with all diligence because from it flow the springs of life. Let us put away a deceitful, lying, misleading mouth, and put devious lips far from us. Let our eyes look directly ahead toward the path of moral courage, and let our focus be fixed straight in front of us toward the Path of Integrity. Hallelujah! Amen!

Galatians 6:7-10 ESV: Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have an opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Grand Rising Everyone! Remember, “Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment. A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion. When wickedness comes, contempt comes also, and with dishonor comes disgrace. The words of a man's mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook. It is not good to be partial to the wicked or to deprive the righteous of justice. Do what is right in the sight of God…a wicked person will say right is wrong and wrong is right.” They will depend on a man for greatness when in truth, greatness comes from God and there is no one greater than God.” Have a glorious, victorious day in the Lord! Amen, and so it is!
