Be Tenacious, Keep Moving Forward Under Grace

Abba Father, My First Desire and Hope, My God In Whom I Trust, it is me again coming to You to spend intimate time and bask in Your glory. Father, what am I to do this day? I am determined to do Your will so my living and Your goodness to me are not in vain. Father, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, to empower me to walk the Path of Life according to Your plan and purpose for my life and the good of all those whose lives I touch in word or deed. Please let Your grace and mercy appear and sustain me all the days of my life. I am acutely aware that anything I do outside of Your grace is worthless. Everything that is good for every aspect of my life, and lasting that comes in me and through me is only by grace in Your perfect time and season. I am thankful that You alone are my Way-Maker and Chain-Breaker. Your grace saves me, justifies me, sanctifies me, and empowers me to do the things You created me to do joyfully and with all my heart. Father, I am so thankful that You do not treat us as our sins deserve, nor do You repay us according to our iniquities. Your word tells us, as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is Your love for those of us who fear You; as far as the far east is from the west, so far have You removed our transgressions from us by the shed blood of Jesus. I am thankful that Jesus paid the sin debt for me and all those who believe. It is because of Your grace and tender mercy that I can stop feeling inadequate, not enough. I know that we live in a fallen world, I am not perfect and never will be in this life. But I need You, Father, to keep me in Your care. Please make me over, and hold me close to You as You lead and guide me by Your Spirit under grace, in Your perfect way so my living is not in vain. I am thankful that Your grace is greater than all my flaws, failures, weaknesses, sinful desires, feeling of being not good enough, or how I see myself. So, I continue this journey called life in the name of Jesus Christ, giving thanks and praise for everything You have already done for me and everything You are about to do for me. I believe it is already done because I know You have a plan and purpose for my life that will be fulfilled, Therefore, I yield myself to You to do with as You will under grace for my good and the good of those whose lives I touch. Hallelujah! Amen!

Romans 5:20-21 NIV: The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Ephesians 2:8-10 NIV: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
