Break Evil Patterns Through True Repentance

Abba Father, My God in whom I trust, and depend on with absolute confidence that You will deliver me from evil and evil-doers in the name of Jesus Christ. I rise to this day asking You, Father, please search me and purify me and empower me to overcome and break every evil pattern through true repentance. I ask You, Lord, to forgive my sins, known and unknown, then hold me close to You and keep Your hand on me and lead me, guide me, and teach me as You show me the way I am to go by Your Spirit. Father, the enemy wants us to believe that inherited sins and evil patterns no longer exist in our lives and families. Yet, the doctors want to know about Your family history of illnesses and mental health issues; the things that come to us through our ancestral bloodline. Father, I put all my hope and trust in You to fix everything that is broken in me. I put on the Full Armor to help me to withstand the attacks of the enemy and his cohorts. Break every chain that so easily binds me. There are so many negative traits passed on to us through the generations. Those who are elected and appointed to serve are those who have been in power for generations and will do anything to maintain their positions, as did their forefathers. So many claim they love and serve You, yet, they judge others harshly, they hate and oppress people for financial gain, they are constantly using divisive tactics to cause disunity and confusion, and they also participate in a new kind of slavery, not rooted in color, they perpetuate and enhance duality in the justice system while enriching themselves in unimaginable ways. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, to lean down to me; hear and answer my prayers. Deliver us out of the hands of our enemies, lift us out of the pit of death, out of the dark and dry places, and set our feet on a sure foundation. Let those who are weak and prone to be misled pay no attention to the master manipulators or those who blindly follow the ones who blatantly lie and poison their minds. O Lord, I just want to do Your will; please let me always be humble and bring to my remembrance the instructions You place deep within me. I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, please favor me, deliver me, and come quickly to help me and all those who look to You and those for whom I pray. I also ask You to deal with those who oppress us and cause disunity and suffering among the masses. Think of us, Lord; You are our help and rescuer. I trust You with all my heart and soul to empower me to do all things in the strength and power You have given me through Christ Jesus! Hallelujah! Amen!

Deuteronomy 5:9-10 CEB: Do not bow down to them or worship them because I, the LORD your God, am a passionate God. I punish children for their parent’s sins, even the third and fourth generations of those who hate me. But I am loyal and gracious to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments. Galatians 3: 13-14 CEB: Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law by becoming a curse for us, because it is written, Everyone who is hung on a tree is cursed. He redeemed us so that the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, and that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
