Forgiveness Starts With Forgiving Yourself
Forgiveness Starts With Forgiving Yourself
Abba Father, The God of All Grace, Hope, Love, and Compassion, I bow before the Mercy Seat to receive forgiveness for all my sins; known and unknown. I release and let go of all guilt and shame with the awareness that there is no time to blame myself or others. I look to You Almighty God with gratitude and praise for the Gift of forgiveness. I am certain that freedom from every stronghold I carry comes through the power of the cross. The Blood of Jesus has spoken for me and every sinner who is seeking to be saved; thank You for the sacrifice. Father, the Apostle Paul wrote, “ I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I cannot. I want to do what is good, but I do not. I do not want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. But if I do what I do not want to do, I am not the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, to purify me, make me whole, clean me up. Please help me live a life that is pleasing to You and give me a clean heart and a right spirit; so that I will forgive everyone everything, including myself. Help me be gentle with myself. So often we seek to be benevolent to others, yet we are harsh and condemning ourselves. Father, help me to look within first with the eyes of love, instead of with harsh judgment picking myself apart. Let me forgive myself for my perceived failures, poor decisions, and shortcomings. Let me be kind, compassionate, patient, gentle, and loving to myself so I can genuinely love others and forgive them with compassion, kindness, gentleness, and patience. Empower me to let go of the tendency to self-condemn. Let me be gentle with my pain instead of becoming bitter or blaming and hiding my pain away. Father, please heal me, my family, my loved ones, and all those for whom I pray; make us whole and more forgiving and patient with ourselves. Help us remember, that everything starts with us and at home. Let us come face to face with the truth, on our own we are incapable of making ourselves pure, but in You, we are sanctified and made whole again by Your grace and mercy, stony hearts are removed and You alone will give us clean hearts that are forgiving, hearts that seek to honor You as we live to do Your Will for Your glory. Thank You, Father. I bless Your holy name. Hallelujah! Amen!
Ezekiel 36:26-27 NLT: I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so that you will follow my decrees and be careful to obey my regulations. Ephesians 4:31-32 NLT: Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, and forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
Grand Rising! Good Morning, Good Day to you on this blessed day. Remember, “As God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you, then forgive yourself. Never enslave yourself through unforgiveness and hatred. Be free, forgive, and live. Abundant blessings! Have an amazing day!
FYI: Prayer is free. So was the word of God until man transcribed it from the scrolls putting their twist on it, then it became for sale; this displeases God. We do know right from wrong whether we do it or not, God put it in our hearts before we were born. Please share with those who are open to receiving the word of our Lord and Savior, the way of salvation, and all of God’s blessings.
