God Holds The Future In His Hand

Abba Father, My God In Whom I Trust, I rise to this day at peace and with hope, praise, and gratitude, confident that You, O LORD, are all I have for certain, You hold my life and time in Your hand. Everything else in my life and the world may change in the wink of an eye, but You and Your word are everlasting. I am thankful that You give me all I need; my future is in your hand. I may not know my future, but I am assured You hold the future according to Your word. I am encouraged, I am comforted, I am loved by You, and I am grateful because I believe I am no one’s accident, I am here on this planet at this moment in time because of Your Divine Design. I am most thankful and blessed because I know it does not matter who leaves me, I am never alone, nor does it matter what troublesome trials or sicknesses come, or how the social and economic pendulum swings, I am never left to go through it alone. I trust Your word which tells me, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Therefore, when the storm clouds rise, the lightning flashes, the howling winds blow, the waters overflow their banks, and the earthquakes, I look to You to keep me, my family, my loved ones, and all those for whom I pray safe. You are my refuge, my fortress, and my shelter at all times. You made us, You will carry us, and I am confident that You will always sustain us, and You will rescue us as we walk the Path of Life, looking to You. I am thankful that our lives have already been planned and laid out if we are obedient because we do have the liberty to choose the paths we walk. But if we are obedient, we must walk the Path of Life in Spirit and Truth. Then, we willingly rely on Your master plan is open to the guidance of Your Spirit who will lead and teach us how to live and where to go. I have absolute confidence that You are always on time. Everything happens according to Your timing, not ours. Father, thank You, for caring for us as we continue this journey called life, in Jesus Christ's name for Your glory. Hallelujah! Amen!

Isaiah 48:17 NIV: This is what the LORD says, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. James 4:13-15 ESV: Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”, yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life like? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.”

Please Remember, “Live on purpose with purpose and the awareness that God holds your future in His hand.” Do not let worries about the future or today overwhelm you; turn to the Lord for comfort, joy, peace, and provision in the present moment. After all, it does not matter how much time passes by, we only have the present. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow never comes; after each today, there is a new tomorrow. Therefore, it does not matter about the many plans of the wicked, God’s plans will succeed. We will walk through the fiery furnaces of life, but we shall live and not die because God is our shield and Jesus Christ is our Savior.
