God Is Displeased With Humankind’s Conduct

Abba Father, My God, who is the only God, I thank and praise You because You are the Lord, and there is no other; without You, there is no living God, no life, no justice, no hope, no love, no protection, no provisions, and no peace. Father, I am here with a repentant heart, seeking Your face once again, asking for forgiveness of sins known and unknown and deliverance from evil and evil-doers. Father, as I ponder the state of the world and the many nations of people, I believe Your holy wrath and indignation are being unleashed from heaven against all ungodliness and the unrighteousness of humankind, who in their wickedness call right wrong and wrong right, they repress and hinder the truth and make it of no use, justice is for sale. Some of those in high places write and enforce ruthless laws for the very crimes that they are guilty of themselves. I am here before You, at the Mercy Seat in the High Courts of Heaven asking You, the Righteous Judge, to let them be judged and condemned by the very laws they have condemned others, sometimes incarcerating and punishing a fall guy, and letting the guilty go free. Father, it seems so many people do not honor You as God, nor do they give thanks and praise You for Your wondrous works. Instead, with foolish, darkened hearts, they are ruthless, corrupt in their thinking, godless, with pointless reasonings, with unwise partialities and speculations. Father, do they think You are pleased with the way they are dishonoring You, how they are treating little children, the elderly, the less fortunate, those who are hungry, those who work for less than living wages while they grow even richer, and the ones whom they think of as unworthy? Do they not connect the dots? The earth is groaning under the weight of all the anger, hate, violence, social and economic inequities, ungodliness, moral decay, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, high soaring temperatures that melt the roadways, fires, the floods, tsunamis, the high winds and storms of great magnitudes. Father, how can a world that had such a glorious beginning be overtaken by brutal conduct? I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, please hear my prayer for deliverance and redemption, and salvation. Please forgive us, and bring us out of the grips of the evil forces that are pulling the world into a downward spiral because of hate, greed, and disobedience. Order our steps according to Your Word and guide and teach us by Your Spirit to walk the Path of Righteousness. Hallelujah! Amen!

Psalm 2: 3-5,60:1-2 CEB: “Come!” they say. “We will tear off their ropes and throw off their chains!” The one who rules in heaven laughs; my Lord makes fun of them. But then God speaks to them angrily; then he terrifies them with his fury. God, you have rejected us, shattered us. You’ve been so angry. Now restore us! You’ve made the ground quake, splitting it open. Now repair its cracks because it’s shaking apart!

Please Remember, “When we are in the shadow of the Almighty, nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ.” We conquer Satan by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony, we must turn from our wicked ways and walk in the light.” Therefore, ask the Lord for forgiveness, guidance, unfailing courage, and boldness!
