God is Our Sufficient Sustainer

Our Father, The Great I Am, Lord God Almighty, El Shaddai, I rose to this new day with the acute awareness that there is no one like You who loves and cares for me just as I am. Lord, Your name is above all names and is most excellent in all the earth, under the earth, and the universe. O Lord, I thank and praise You for being my refuge, my joy and peace, and my sole provider, who supplies all my needs, nourishes my hungry body and soul, and comforts and sustains me. Father, there is so much evil happening in the world, and the moral compass of so many is broken, even though they are masquerading as advocates for the masses oftentimes saying, they are following You, they are only enriching themselves and misleading the people by deceptive practices. Your Word tells us, “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the LORD.” These people are peace breakers and oppressive lawmakers, the truth is not in them; please open their eyes and understanding, so they can know You before it is too late. Father, there are many modern-day pied pipers who have aligned themselves with the enemy in their quest for power. They are leading people away from You. They are making promises to those who are not anchored in You, leading them down to the murky waters of hate and disobedience where they commit unimaginable crimes and will surely drown in the rivers of lies. I trust You to deliver us from evil and evil-doers, I believe and stand on every promise You have ever made to us. Your Word tells us, “No man who believes in You, the ones who adheres to, relies on, and trusts in You will ever be abandoned, put to shame, or be disappointed. Father, I continue this journey through life in the name of Jesus Christ, believing You are our sufficient sustainer who will sustain me, my family, my loved ones, and all those who look to You as their source. Hallelujah! Amen!

Ezekiel 6:9-10 ASV: Those of you who escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how I have been broken over their whoring heart that has departed from me and over their eyes that go whoring after their idols. And they will be loathsome in their own sight for the evils that they have committed, for all their abominations. And they shall know that I am the LORD. I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.” Psalm 62:9 ESV: Those of low estate are but a breath; those of high estate are a delusion; in the balances they go up; they are together lighter than a breath. Romans 10: 9-12 ESV: If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him.
