Godly Contentment, Joy, Peace, And Supply

Abba Father, My Lord, My God, My Contentment, My Joy, My Peace, and My Supply, I rise to this day with the acute awareness that You are all I need and my first desire. I thank and praise You for being all that I need and desire to thrive all the days of my life. Father, I look to You with absolute confidence that You are the God of all creation who is my everything, in You, there is no lack or failure no matter what is going on in the world. In You every stronghold is broken, there are no limitations, You open the doors that were once staked closed, the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous, You are the chain-breaker, You are with us no matter what we are going through, and our way-maker. Nothing is too hard for You; therefore, I trust You, not what people do or say, nor what my eyes may see. Father, You are the center of my life, my joy, and my contentment that continue to grow, not through the pursuit of a process and things, but through seeking Your face. Help me to be the person You created me to be, keep my eyes on You, instead of the things that will perish. Your word is the foundation on which I stand, so, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, hold me close and lead me, guide me, and teach me through Your Spirit as You order my steps according to Your word. I also ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, to give me the grace to find joy and peace in all that You give me daily. Search me, Father, please eradicate covetousness which destroys my peace, takes my eyes off You and all that You have done for me and are still doing for me, and I lose the capacity to enjoy all the things You have already given me under grace for my good and the good of those whose lives I touch. Let me never forget that contentment is divine grace that comes over time, it does not come quickly, easily, or naturally. Therefore, I ask You, Father, to let me learn to be content and thankful for all that is given to me. I continue this journey called life assured by Your word that You are the source of everything I need, and everything I desire, and You will supply all my needs; therefore, my heart is at peace. I am thankful and I praise You for keeping me in Your care. Hallelujah! Amen!

Luke 12:15 NIV: Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” Philippians 4:11-13 NIV: I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well-fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Please remember, “ If getting rich is your goal, you cannot keep what you gain. “We brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.” You may get rich, but you cannot stay rich. You cannot keep what you gain in this world. It is God who gives us the power to get sustained wealth, and be in good health.” Amen! Believe it, and so it is. Keep God as Your refuge and strength!
