Guard Your Thoughts And Your Mind
Abba Father, My God, I rise to this day praising You and thanking You for the gift of life, being kept by You night and day under grace and in a perfect way. I am thankful for Your word which tells me how to think and live mindfully. It tells me, to set my mind on the things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For I have died, and my life is hidden with Christ in You. Christ is my Savior and the Savior of the world; therefore, we all have the privilege to live in You, and bring all our cares and concerns to You in prayer and leave them for resolution. I am thankful for the power of positive thinking because Your word fills my heart with joy, love, and peace when I live with an attitude of gratitude, rejoicing, and fellowship with Your Son, Christ Jesus daily. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, let me and all those for whom I pray remember to take time to think about whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things; instead of all the rhetoric and venomous ads in the media that are riddled with half-truths and blatant lies. I also ask You, Father, please keep all those who earnestly look to You in the palm of Your hand and open the eyes and understanding of those that have strayed away from you, and draw those to You who do not know You. Father, this is not about race, religion, or politics, this is about the redemption of our souls because people become what and who they think they are. Your word tells us, “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he and we must guard our heart, for everything we do flows from it.” I continue this journey called life, asking You in the name of Jesus Christ, to search me, because You alone know my heart; test me, and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Hallelujah! Amen!
Proverbs 23:7 TLB: Do not associate with evil men; do not long for their favors and gifts. Their kindness is a trick; they want to use you as their pawn. The delicious food they serve will turn sour in your stomach, and you will vomit it and have to take back your words of appreciation for their “kindness.” Romans 8:27-32 ESV: He who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Grand Rising Everyone! Remember, “One of the most amazing gifts that God has given us is our mind. The ability to learn, think, choose, and the reason is the essence of what makes us human. While the ability to think makes us human, it actually goes deeper. Your thoughts become a reflection of who you really are; everything begins with a thought…be careful what you think and focus on. Have a glorious, victorious day in the Lord! Amen, and so it is!
