Hatred Is the Dangerous Opposition To Love
Our Father, My God, I am here in our Sacred Place once again with a repentant heart, bringing to You my concerns about the state of the world and those who hate and oppress others. I believe only You can help and save us from the mad destructive plans of the enemy and his cohorts who constantly use divisive tactics coupled with messages of supremacy and greatness. I am without words; therefore, I am dependent on You to keep Your Word. I ask You, O Lord, let Your Spirit intercede for us so that our prayers are heard and answered under grace. Father, I am acutely aware of Your promises from the beginning of time to bless those who bless us and curse those who curse and oppress us. You also told us to be still and know that You alone are God. Let us always take the time to pause and reflect on the fact that You are still in control no matter how dire things appear or what happens in our lives and the threats the world leaders and lawmakers make. Therefore, I come to You, asking please awaken those who sleep or have blinders on. Let them be aware of the destructive power of hatred on others…let them be aware of the consequences of hatred. Father, please forgive us our trespasses and fill our hearts with divine light and love, so that we are more forgiving and compassionate toward others. As I consider the state of our communities and the world, I am very aware of how helpless we are to change things in our own strength during times of tragedy. In You alone, O Lord, can we find hope, courage, joy, and strength, to tread life’s troubled water, go through the dark, dry places, overcome fear, and refuse to hate anyone for any reason. My soul waits and thirsts for You, my help and my shield, my Sole Provider, Way-Maker, and Chain-Breaker. I continue this journey called life, in the name of Jesus Christ, believing those who are dependent on You will not suffer from lack of anything that we need because we have Your Son as our Shepherd. Even when the supermarket and stores run out of our household essentials and the hospitals run out of beds or supplies, we can rest secure in Christ for our most essential need for a right relationship with You. Let us seek You first for spiritual strength. Hallelujah! Amen!
Proverbs 10:12;26:24-26 ESV: Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses. Whoever hates disguises himself with his lips and harbors deceit in his heart; when he speaks graciously, believe him not, for there are seven abominations in his heart; though his hatred be covered with deception, his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly. 1 John 2:9; 4:20 ESV: Whoever says he is in the light and hates his brother is still in darkness. If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
Grand Rising, Good Morning Everyone! Please know this, my beloved brothers and sisters: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Consider the work of God: who can make straight what he has made crooked? In the day of prosperity be joyful, and in the day of adversity consider God has made the one as well as the other, so that man may not find out anything that will be after him.” We should not try to fix things on our own, but come to terms with our dependence upon our good and sovereign God and trust him to help us. Treasure Each Moment you live. Have an Amazing day! Abundant blessings!
