Help Others Freely With Compassion

Abba Father, Elohim, My God who is the majestic ruler over all creation. I rise to this day humbled by Your Presence with gratitude and praise to worship and adore You. Lord thank You for giving me a fresh start, the chance to begin again liberated and washed by the Blood of Jesus. Father, I am thankful that You are never unjust; You will never forget our work and the love we have shown You as we help Your people in the times in which we live. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, to give us the strength and courage to love all people, especially those who seem unlovable and marginalized by those who think more highly of themselves than they should. Let me do things that You created me to do for Your glory, not for tax write-offs or the accolades of humankind. Help me remember if I do any of these things, I have my reward, and I have done nothing for Your glory. Father, I am acutely aware no one can do anything alone. Therefore, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ to enrich me and empower me to help others get through life’s ups and downs without expecting anything in return from them. You are my endless supply; You will repay me. Let me always be kind, loving, and compassionate towards those I encounter who are needy in the world. Please, LORD, show me how to take the love I receive from You to bring love and goodwill to people I encounter along the way. Father, I confess, there are times when it is not easy to be charitable because there are so many scammers in the world who masquerade as if they are poor, but they actually are living well. In such uncertain times, it causes me to think about keeping my money, time, and energy to myself. I ask You, Lord, let me be openhearted, more discerning with more wisdom, even when it is difficult because You know the truth of the matter. Father, I choose to take the blessings You have so graciously given to me and share them with others I encounter, especially those who are in need of care. I continue this journey called life in the name of Jesus Christ, believing I cannot solve all the world’s problems, but I can do whatever I can for the people I encounter along the way for Your glory. Hallelujah! Amen!

Proverbs 3: 27 NLT: Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it’s in your power to help them. James 2:14-17 NLT: What good is it, dear brothers and sisters if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone? Suppose you see a brother or sister who has no food or clothing, and you say, “Goodbye and have a good day; stay warm and eat well”, but then you don’t give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do? So, you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. Grand Rising, Good Morning Everyone!
