Let Integrity and Uprightness Protect Your Soul
Abba Father, My God, Most Gracious and Merciful, I rise to this day with gratitude and praise knowing I can always depend on You to keep me, my family, my loved ones, and all those for whom I pray in Your care. I am thankful that You are our refuge, our fortress, our hiding place, and the only one who watches over us and keeps us from dangers seen and unseen. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, let us always do and say the right thing when no one is listening or watching. Let us choose with wisdom the company that we keep with the awareness that You are always with us, watching over us, guiding us by Your Spirit if we are obedient. Please, Lord, order our steps, let integrity and uprightness keep us, protect us, and be our GPS. Let us walk the Path of Life according to Your Word and Your Will. I am thankful You prepare the way for us to go each moment we live…let us do what is right even if we have to be alone. Lord, I trust You to cover us from physical and spiritual dangers, being put to shame let us not participate in taunting anyone, shaming, blaming, or speaking evil about anyone. Let us always be kind-hearted, gentle, loving, faithful, and truthful. Father, we need Your divine protection so our enemies will not triumph over us. Let us always wait on You without fear, knowing that we are under Your care. Let us put our faith in You regardless of what we are going through or what is reported in the daily news, the fear-mongering by politicians, or the violence in the streets. Let us never forget You are in control, and You have a plan for our lives, plans to prosper us, and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. So, I ask You, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, make us know and never forget Your ways, teach us, and show us the way we are to go. Let us take no detours, so no evil will come upon us. Let us always remember You are merciful, gracious, faithful, loving, and upright and You will redeem us out of all our troubles. Hallelujah! Amen!

Jeremiah 22:13 NKJV: Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by injustice, who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and gives him nothing for his work. 1 Peter 3:17 NKJV: For it is better, if it is the will of God, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.
