Lord, Never Let Me Forget How Much I Need You

Our Father, God Most High, The One who supplies all that I need and desire, I come into Your presence with thanksgiving and praise with a repentant heart with the awareness of how great and powerful You are, yet You are loving, compassionate, kind, patient, and forgiving. It is You Almighty God who is Lord over all the Earth, Mighty in Battle, my Redeemer, the Lord Who Heals and Saves us. I am thankful that You are the Lord who Makes Us Holy, my Deliverer, and You forgive all of my sins and grant me hope, ever-increasing faith, and everlasting peace. Father, let me never forget how much I really need You. You are the air I breathe, the beat of my heart, and it is You who enable and empower me and all who look to You as their, source of strength and power to overcome the powers of darkness. Nothing and no one can harm me without Your permission. I am thankful it is You who opens doors that no man can shut, and You shut doors that no one can close. I am thankful You shield and protect us from the enemy and his cohorts. Lord, I ask You to let Your Spirit rise up in me even more and draw me closer to You as I sit at Your table to eat and drink living water. Let me always live in You, my Dwelling Place, my Fortress, my Banner, my Hope for each moment I live. I am thankful that You are my Light and Salvation, I fear nothing and no one because no one can take me out of Your hand; You are the one who fights for me…I am at peace. I continue this journey called life with the assurance that You will never forsake those who seek You. You will provide for our financial, physical, and spiritual needs. Your word declares that You know the plans You have for us, 'plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. This assures me that You desire to reward us for our hard work, and You created us in love with purpose…I know just how much I depend on You. Lord, I can never forget just how much I need You. So, I look to You, my Shepherd and Sole Provider as my Supply and the Lover of my soul who has endless treasures. Thank You, Hallelujah! Amen!

1 Timothy 6:3-10 NIV: If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, they are conceited and understand nothing. They have an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions, and constant friction between people of corrupt minds, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
