Love And Care For Others, Give A Hand Up

Our Father, My Lord, And Savior, I rise once again with a repentant heart overflowing with love, gratitude, and praise for the love, protection, strength, and provision You have given us. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, to empower us to overcome the things in this world that cause hatred in our hearts and disunity in our homes and families, in our neighborhoods, on our jobs, in the schools, the government, and the world at large. Let us lean on You and each other through hard times, no matter what the struggle may be, whether it is the loss of a job or a loved one by death, divorce, drugs, alcohol, mental illness, or hopelessness. Father, I also ask You, to heal those who have been broken and lost in the corners of their minds, the ones whom the enemy is holding captive by disempowering them. Touch them, Lord, so that they are no longer blaming others for the state they are living in. Father, You are the Great Physician, the God who can heal and mend broken hearts, the only one who is the Way-Maker, and Bondage Breaker. I ask You, O Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, let Your Spirit rise up in them and bring them back from the valley of dry bones and give them a new heart, a new mind, and renewed strength so they can start anew in You. Let them drink and eat from Your table, the Bread of Life and Living Water, so that every bondage is broken, their eyes and understanding are open, and they look to You, instead of staying stuck in the past or looking to sources and things and elixirs that dulled their minds. Please bring them out of the places where the Accuser and enemy to their souls constantly whispers in their ears reminding them of all the bad things they have been through, all the people who abandoned and rejected them, and all the people who created hindrances in their lives, and refused the help them. I ask You, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, to empower us to endure, every trial, every test, every drought, and every storm. I believe You are most powerful; You can vanquish addictions, hatred, death, trials, sin, and shame through the Blood of Jesus, please do it for us now. I thank and praise You for being our Shepherd, our Way-Maker and Bondage Breaker, our Healer, our Banner, and our Strength. Hallelujah! Amen!

If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important. Philippians 2:3-5 NLT: Do not be selfish; do not try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Do not look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.
