Love And Peace

Our Father, My God, I am here in Your Omnipotent Presence with my face to the floor, asking You in the name of Christ Jesus, to teach us to love as You love, forgive as we are forgiven, and grant us peace and strength when we are weak to live mindfully as we walk the Path of life with integrity and joy. Let Your will be done in me and through me because I cannot do anything without You that is good or lasting. Father, I am thankful that You will give strength to Your people and bless us with peace. Therefore, I also ask, you to love me even more when I feel abandoned, give me courage when I am afraid, and give me wisdom when I feel unsure and foolish. Please, comfort me when I feel alone, give me more hope when I feel rejected, and peace when I am troubled in my mind and sad. I ask this not just for myself, but for all those for whom I pray for in the name of Christ Jesus. I bring to You today my laundry list of cares and concerns knowing that these are the things I feel powerless to change, yet, I know for certain nothing is too hard for You. So, I leave them with You, believing there is a spiritual solution to every perceived problem in the world today. I know that the problem is sin and so many people are walking in darkness. It is written that You are the God of peace who will soon crush Satan under Your feet and Your grace is enough. I believe, therefore, I am waiting on You and the heavenly host to fight our battles and win the wars. Father, I am thankful that You establish peace for us, even during these times when there is talk about peace, but war is in the hearts of those who are supposed to be caring for us. O Lord, God, please be merciful; comfort and provide for those who are living in war-torn nations under the constant threat of eradication while those who war against them eat and suck the fat of the land and sleep in safety. Father, I believe You are not a God of disorder but of peace, so I ask You, in the name of Christ Jesus, let there be divine peace in our hearts, in our homes, in the schools, and in the workplace for those who work, in our neighborhoods, and in the land. Hallelujah! Amen!

Daniel 10:19 ESV: And he said, “O man greatly loved fear not, peace be with you; be strong and of good courage.” And as he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.” Psalm 4:7-8 ESV: You have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound. In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety. Isaiah 32 17-18 ESV: And the effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness, quietness, and trust forever. My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places. John 14:27 ESV: Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
