Moral Corruption Leads To Poverty, Destruction, And Death

Abba Father, The God of Righteousness and Holiness, I am here in this Sacred Place where we meet to thank You for the Gift of Life and the chance to begin again abiding in You, looking to You for comfort, defense, deliverance, provision, and the salvation of my family, my loved ones, and all those for whom I pray, including myself. Father, I bring to You my concerns about the state of the world at large at this very moment in time, the exploitation of the poor and working-class people, the elderly, the homeless, the under-employed people who are working harder, earning less, over-taxed, finding it almost impossible to keep food on their tables and a roof over their heads, clothes on their backs, and have little or no means to get medical attention. Lord, there has always been an element of moral corruption, oppression, blatant misuse of power, economic and social injustice, rebelliousness, and repression of certain ethnic groups by some of the affluent who lack compassion, the ones without integrity, and some of the most powerful corrupt church and government leaders who deem themselves supreme and have amassed great wealth. There is no justice in the world at large because the high courts on earth are bribed, influenced, and controlled by those who are most powerful and those who are supposed to be the voice for the masses have fallen prey to corruption, hatred, and greed. So, here I am, seeking the intervention of the Holy Spirit, in the High Courts of Heaven because the homeless, hungry, poor, and working-class people are most easily robbed, lack resources, are defenseless against those in power and there is unfair treatment in the courts where justice is for sale and there is no spiritual insight, and they are constantly being defrauded and oppressed by the affluent and the rich. Father, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, to deliver us from evil and evil-doers who strip individuals of their rights, respect as humankind, their dignity, their rightful place in society, and possessions. Father, I continue this journey called life being guided by the Holy Spirit into all truth with the acute awareness that “True Righteousness and Holiness” comes from You and is the only solution to all the moral corruption, greed, injustice, destruction, poverty, social and economic inequities, and death. Father, thank You, for keeping us in Your care and for fighting for us, providing for us, being our refuge, and protecting us during these perilous times. Thank You, Lord, for crushing the heads of the serpent under our feet. Hallelujah! Amen!

2 Chronicles 7:14:ESV: if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Proverbs 22:8 ESV: Whoever sows injustice will reap calamity, and the rod of his fury will fail. Ecclesiastes 5:8 NET: If you see the extortion of the poor or the perversion of justice and fairness in the government, do not be astonished by the matter. For the high official is watched by a higher official, and there are higher ones over them!
