Obtain The Mercy Of God Through Prayer, Faith, and Repentance
Abba Father, Gracious, Faithful, and Most-Merciful, I rise to this day with gratitude and praise seeking Your mercy in the name of Jesus Christ, knowing Your grace is renewed each day. I ask You, O lord to search me, purify me, and forgive me for all my sins. Then, I ask You to be merciful to me, my family, and all those for whom I pray. I am very aware no purpose can stand when Your mercy appears, therefore, I ask, let Your divine enduring mercy appear. Father, I realize, You are our source, You supply all that we need, so, I am looking to You to lead and guide us along the right way under grace according to Your will. Father, Your mercy is greater and higher than any power anywhere, therefore, I know for certain You are the source of greatness, not man. I am thankful that it is You who causes us to live above every power of darkness and its chaos and problems in this world. Thank You for being our strong deliverer, our shield, and our refuge. All things come from You, so, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, empower me to be as You are; let me be merciful, as You are merciful, and let me be faithful as You are faithful. Fill me with all that is necessary for me to be compassionate, sympathetic, kind, forgiving, and loving towards people. Father, Your word tells me, “Your mercy is full of love toward us. Instead of pouring out Your wrath on us, You forgive our sins, saved us from Your wrath, and made us Your children through the shed Blood of Jesus Christ.” Instead of punishing us, You poured out the punishment for our sins on Jesus on the cross. Thank you for the sacrifice, and the chance to spend eternity with You if we accept the way of salvation. I continue this journey called life in the name of Jesus Christ, doing the things You created me to do for Your glory. Always remembering Your mercy triumphs over judgment, and refusing to live according to Your will and Your mercy is disastrous. I ask You, O Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, to empower me to abandon the ways of the world, and abide in You, and Your will. Hallelujah! Amen!
Psalm 103 10-12 ESV: He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. Isaiah 55:7-8 ESV: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD.
Grand Rising Everyone! Remember, “ “No one who conceals transgressions will prosper, but one who confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy.” Therefore, the Lord waits to be gracious to you; therefore, he will rise up to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him.” Show compassion and patience to one who has offended or wronged you, just like we sin, and God shows us mercy. Put them in the hands of the Lord along with yourself. Have a glorious, victorious day in the Lord! Amen, believe it, and so it is!
