Our Ultimate Refuge Is God
Our Ultimate Refuge Is God
Abba Father, My God, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, with a repentant heart, humbled in Your Presence and under Your Mighty Hand, knowing without a doubt that You are our Ultimate Refuge. There is no other place to go where there is light, love, justice for all, healing and wholeness, joy and peace, strength and power, and forgiveness and salvation for all who seek and find You. Father, I bow before You knowing You are our only hope for a quiet and peaceful life in godliness and reverence in a war-torn world where reverence for You seems to be constantly dwindling. I believe You are the Creator of all that is and will ever be, You are the One true God, and there is but one Mediator between You, The Everlasting God, and humankind, Your Son, Christ Jesus, whom You gave as a ransom for all to be saved, and One Comforter, the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Truth. Father, in this fallen world in which we live, the spirit of delusion has seemingly befallen many. Therefore, I bring to You my laundry list of concerns for the saints and sinners, the poor and rich, people in authority, rulers, and kings, teachers and preachers in prayer, supplications, intercessions, giving thanks and praise for humanity, and the power and privilege to bask in Your glory. Father, humankind has the audacity to think they own things and property, do they not know that the earth and its fullness belong to You? All that they gather, and store can be gone much quicker than they amassed it, only that which You made will last. We brought nothing into this world and when we leave, all that we have been given to use and enjoy will be left behind. Father, I continue this journey through life mindfully, in the name of Jesus Christ, being guided by The Spirit of Truth, assured that You are my refuge, my safe place of solitude, the place where I am unafraid. Thank You, Father, for the strength and power that is given to me by Your Spirit who lives in me and all who accept You. Hallelujah, amen!
Nahum 1:7 NIV: The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him. Psalm 18:1-3; 34:7-8 NIV: I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Grand Rising! Good Morning, Good Day to you on this blessed day. Remember, The Lord is a refuge for all who seek Him as their place of solitude and peace. We are reminded that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint. Abundant blessings! Have an amazing day!
FYI: Prayer is free. So was the word of God until man transcribed it from the scrolls putting their twist on it, then it became for sale; this displeases God. We do know right from wrong whether we do it or not, God put it in our hearts before we were born. Please share with those who are open to receiving the word of our Lord and Savior, the way of salvation, and all of God’s blessings.
