Pray On Purpose With Purpose

Our Father, My Lord, My God, and Savior, I rise to this day with gratitude and praise for being kept by You through the night and going forward. Father, I ask You, O Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, to search me, sanctify me, and make me worthy to kneel in Your presence. Father, I forgive everyone for everything, and I forgive myself, so my prayers are answered, not just for myself, but for all those for whom I pray. Father, let me always pray with clarity and purpose when I bow before You intentionally, calling Your name for deliverance, healing, peace of mind, protection, and provision. We all need You now, Lord; touch us at the seat of our souls so that we are more aware that we cannot do anything that is lasting without You as our eternal guide. I am acutely aware that You created everyone and everything on purpose with absolute intent, we are no one’s accident or evolution. Let me always walk the Path of Life being intentional and purpose-driven as Your Spirit leads me and guides me. The enemy and his cohorts are constantly sowing seeds of disunity, hate, fear of abandonment, the need to strive, and the fear of lack as the great distraction. I realize all these things can take our eyes off You as our eternal source and cause some to depend on humankind for our daily bread. Let me always remember to pray about everything and worry about nothing because You know all, You see all, and nothing can happen unless You allow it. Father, my heart’s desire and prayer to You is that we all be saved. I am confident that the prayer of faith will restore those who are sick, You will raise them up off their sick bed, You will heal the brokenhearted, You will supply all our needs because that is Your promise; and if anyone has committed sins, they will be forgiven through the prayer of repentance. So, I choose to continue this journey called life, praying on purpose with purpose in the name of Jesus Christ, continually asking You to fill us with the knowledge of Your will through all wisdom and understanding that Your Spirit gives. Let me remember to always put on the entire armor that is given to all who are open to receive the protection the word gives us before starting my day. Hallelujah! Amen!

Ephesians 6:18-20 ESV: Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak. Colossians 1:9-12 ESV: And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
