Spiritual Blindness

Abba Father, My Lord, My God, My Healer, and Sole Provider, I rise to this day to worship You with a repentant heart overflowing with gratitude, expectancy, and praise, knowing that You alone are “The Mighty God” there is no other God who is El Elyon, the God Most High who is God the Father, The Son, And the Holy Spirit. Father, I am thankful that You open our eyes, our ears, and our understanding so we can see, hear, and know the truth while we walk the Path of Life with the Holy Spirit as our guide. Let us fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. Father, I am confident that You alone are the source of spiritual eyes and undivided hearts, let us see and draw us closer to You. Let us be attentive, obedient, and willing to walk the course before us with determination and integrity without grumbling. There is no one in the universe who can make blind eyes see with clarity, all the deaf ears hear every whisper, taste buds hunger and thirst, and let harden hearts love as you love and forgive as we are forgiven. Father, please let me see others through Your eyes of love and mercy, let me see beyond the outer appearance and see the real person, not just how they look, or their status in life. Let me see them as You see me. I also ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, through the teaching of the Holy Spirit to overcome spiritual darkness by knowing the truth because I cannot believe that which I do not know and understand. Please bridle my tongue, keep me from saying the wrong thing about myself or anyone else…let me walk in spirit and truth. I am acutely aware that words have power. Therefore, I also ask, grant me more divine wisdom, let me live according to Your word and will as I turn away from evil and evil-doers, always keeping my focus on You. While I am kneeling here in Your Presence, I ask You, O Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, please open my eyes so that I may see and my understanding so that I know the truth, not as I imagine truth to be, but Your truth about what You have prepared for me, my family and all those for whom I pray. Hallelujah! Amen! 2 Kings 6:17 ESV: Then Elisha prayed and said, “O LORD, please open his eyes that he may see.” So, the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. Proverbs 20:11-12 ESV: Even a child makes himself known by his acts, by whether his conduct is pure and upright. The hearing ear and the seeing eye, the LORD has made them both. Please remember, “ Spiritual blindness comes from having a hardness of heart…no empathy for anyone; this is one of the main problems that still exist in the world today. There are so many people who reject the Truth although it is right in front of them. They choose to align themselves who those who are chasing riches that are like dust in the wind. It does not matter how You live an illustrious life on earth, when Your name is called, it will all be left behind because no one can take anything tangible when they die. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. Pray, and ask our Father to open your eyes so you can see with clarity and understanding. Amen! Believe it and so it is. Be blessed!
