Stand For, And In Truth, Be A Light In Darkness

Our Father, The Just and Righteous God, And My Redeemer, I come into our Secret Place in the name of Jesus Christ, with gratitude and praise to worship and honor You with a repentant heart, knowing Your Ultimate Provision and Care have already been given to all who are open to receive the grace and mercy that are renewed each morning. In the name of Jesus Christ, I Plead the Blood of Jesus for Protection and clarity of mind, clear vision, and the ability to discern and know the truth; over my family, my loved ones, and those for whom I pray against every evil spirit, every evil person, every evil thing, and every evil plan of the devil and his cohorts. Father, I am very aware all that is in the world, the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions, are not from You, but are from the world. " As I ponder the state of the world, evidenced by a lack of godliness, compassion, hope, and truth, it is apparent that so many people have aligned themselves with the devil, who is a murderer and has been since the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it. Father, I ask You, in the name of Jesus Christ, please open the eyes and understanding of those who blindly follow humankind who blatantly lie to obtain and be sustained in positions of authority and power to enrich themselves at the expense of the poor and working-class people. They are peace-breakers, not peacemakers. Father, let me and all those who love, trust and serve You stand for and in truth, and be lights in darkness as we walk the Path of Life under grace according to Your Word and Plan for our lives and the good of those whose lives we touch and those who touch us for Your glory. As we continue this journey called life, let us be mindful so we are not deceived, and turn away from You to serve other gods, or those who think they are most powerful, and worship them. I am thankful when the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide us into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to us the things that are to come. We will know the truth and the truth will set us free. Hallelujah! Amen!

John 8:42-44 GW: Jesus told them, “If God were your Father, you would love me. After all, I am here, and I came from God. I did not come on my own. Instead, God sent me. Why don’t you understand the language I use? Is it because you cannot understand the words I use? You come from your father, the devil, and you desire to do what your father wants you to do. The devil was a murderer from the beginning. He has never been truthful. He does not know what the truth is. Whenever he tells a lie, he is doing what comes naturally to him. He is a liar and the father of lies. Matthew 24:24-25 ESV: For False Christ’s and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand.
