The Darkest Hour Is Before Day
Abba Father, My Sovereign God, My Strength, My Dwelling Place, and My Hope, I rise to this day with confidence that You will take care of me, my family, my loved ones, and all those for whom I pray, including those who come against me. Your word tells me that offenses will come, but woe to him or her through which they come. Therefore, my heart is at peace, and I am unafraid because all things work together for the good of those who love and trust You. I ask You, O Lord, to forgive them because they know not what or why they are doing the things that they are doing. We have lived through some dark days and many more are still ahead, but I know the darkness does not have the final say, You do because You are light and love. So, whenever I find myself under attack, I call on You, Almighty God, because You promised to fight for me, and I can remain at peace. Nothing and no one can separate me from Your love and protection as I wait with the expectancy of change. I am thankful that morning always comes, after the darkest hour, You are my Way-Maker and Chain Breaker and the Light in Darkness. I am acutely aware that we who believe have no reason to fear even though we do not know how long our challenges will last…Lord, I trust You. I am thankful that You, Almighty God are always with me, and the sun always shines after the storms and rains. As I continue this journey called life in the name of Jesus Christ, through the guidance of The Holy Spirit, I ask You, O Lord, to keep me in Your care. Hallelujah! Amen!
Micah 7:8 ESV: Rejoice not over me, O my enemy; when I fall, I shall rise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me. Romans 13:12-14 ESV: The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in quarreling and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires.
Grand Rising Everyone! Remember, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth gives way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most-High dwells. God is within her; she will not fall; God will help her at the break of the day. This is the word of the Lord.” Have a glorious, victorious day in the Lord!
