The Importance Of Prayer And Repentance

Abba Father, My God, The One Who Inhabits Eternity, I bow before You with a repentant heart, asking You in the name of Christ Jesus, please, Father, restore and heal our land. You are the Master Potter, the Builder of all Things, and Creator of everyone, therefore, I look to You my Maker and Redeemer, to touch the hearts and minds of humankind. Please open their eyes and understanding so they can fully understand what is going on in the world today. So many people deny Your existence, others deny the faith or have fallen away to align themselves with Satan either knowingly or unknowingly as they follow other demigods. Awaken those who sleep with their eyes open to the truth about all the blatant lies, chaos, deception, destruction, killing, hatred, greed, oppression, and robbing. Father, You are The Lord who sanctifies, and You are King over all the earth, please help us and deliver us from the many plots, plans, and schemes of the enemy and his cohorts. I am acutely aware that no one but You can change things at this point in time. Those who have been given the authority to care for all people have been and still are poor stewards of the resources of the earth and everything that they have been entrusted with so people will be cared for during times of famine and pestilence in the land. When they speak, they use trigger words to provoke division, suspicion, hatred, rage, and supremacy. Do they not know that You are most powerful and patient? You are waiting on those in authority to do the right thing for all people, not just a select few. Father, I ask You, O Lord, draw those to You who have strayed or fallen away, and those who are weak give them strength and guide them to the place of prayer and repentance with those who know You. Let there be a time of revival, refreshing, repentance, and prayer. You alone are the strength of Your People, the Horn of Our Salvation, empower us to help others and tell them about Your goodness. Let Your mercy appear and sustain us in this fallen world in which we live. May we never forget that we belong to You and You will keep us and protect us no matter what the day brings. I continue to walk the Path of Life in the name of Christ Jesus, knowing You love us and bless us, with Your Spirit as my guide, my comfort, and my peace, doing the things You created me to do for Your glory, the good of others and the earth. Hallelujah! Amen!

2 Chronicles 7:17 KJV: If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. James 5:16 NIV: Therefore, confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

God will protect us from all evil.” This does not mean that we will not face hardship or suffering in this life, but it means God is always with us to carry us through it all. Jesus told us in this world we would have trouble but to fear not He has overcome the world, and so can we, because Jesus also told us that we will do greater things than He has done.
