There Are Consequences For Doing Wrong

Our Father, My God, Jehovah Tsidkenu, The Lord Our Righteousness, Father, I am thankful that You, Yourself, stand for me, my family, and all those for whom I pray. I am acutely aware there are consequences for doing wrong in deeds or words. Therefore, I ask You, O Lord, let Your Spirit guide me, teach me, protect me, and order my steps along the Path of Righteousness, so, I do and say the right thing; the things that are pleasing in Your sight. I am thankful that You will provide us with victory in every aspect of our lives with righteousness, deliverance, rightness, and everlasting hope, and You will grant us prosperity and justice when there is none in ourselves or the world. Father, I bring all my cares and concerns to You believing You are just, and You will fight my battles and make every wrong right and because You are the God of Restoration, You will indeed restore everything that has been taken from us under grace, with joy added to it with overflow to share with others. Father, many speak of doing the right thing, but they are so easily entangled in a web of deception by listening to the voice of the enemy who sows seeds of entitlement, greed, hate, and superiority in their minds that they forget about You. They even become arrogant, some to the point of believing the lies they tell others. So many believe only in themselves, their power, and their talents; they forget that all their blessings, gifts, and talents come from You. Father, did they forget every good gift and every perfect present comes from heaven; it comes down from You, the Creator of the heavenly lights, who does not change or cause darkness by turning. By Your own will, You brought us into being through the word of truth, so, that we should have first place among all his creatures. Your Word is very clear when it comes to the consequences of our actions. I continue this journey through life in the name of Jesus Christ with the Holy Spirit as my guide and teacher, living at peace with everyone as much as possible, with gratitude and praise knowing You care for me, You know what is best for me, and You will repay those who wrong me. So, I wait for You with a grateful heart undisturbed by the mad schemes of humankind. Thank You, for keeping me and all those for whom I pray. Hallelujah! Amen!

Proverbs 16:1-5 ESV: The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord. All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirit. Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established. The Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble. Everyone who is arrogant in heart is an abomination to the Lord; be assured, he will not go unpunished.

So, “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows sooner than he will ever know.” It is written, that the wages of sin is death. Never forget, consequences are outcomes, either negative or positive of our actions; there is no inbetween as some might think.
