True Righteousness and Holiness of God

Abba Father, The Trustworthy God, I am here in the Sacred Place where we meet to praise and worship You with gratitude and a repentant heart, knowing You will never lead me astray. Father, I bring to You my concerns about all the corruption, injustice, deception, favoritism, and oppression in the world at large today. Father, I know You are aware this is not anything new because all the scales have long been out of balance, justice only works for a select few. The foundations on which many empires and world systems are built on lies, and the labor, sweat, and blood of those who were oppressed. So many people live as if they do not know there is no real authority except that which comes from You, and those who are in leadership positions have been appointed by You for Your glory. Father, I realize You alone are Sovereign, there is no other God like You who sets up leaders and You remove them. Therefore, You do not just ordain good leaders, You appoint wicked ones, like Saul and the wicked oppressive ones of this day. Father, we are living in times when so many leaders are corrupt, in truth, we are living in a corrupt world that seems to become more corrupt by the minute. People will not embrace sound teaching or leadership, many are led astray and emboldened by leaders to be lawless, trusting in the government instead of depending on You for direction, protection, provision, and peace. They have put in place decision-makers who are law-breakers to suit their own desires and to do whatever is necessary to cover them. They have turned away from You, Your Son, and wandered off into myths. Father, I ask You in the name of Jesus Christ, please guide us into all truth and teach us to live holy. O Lord, deliver us from evil and evil-doers because evil people and impostors are going on from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. Come now, Holy Spirit, let there be a time of refreshing, in Jesus Christ’s name I ask. Father, I believe true righteousness and holiness is the solution to the problems of the world in which we live. Please, help us Lord. Hallelujah! Amen!

Jeremiah 9:5-9 ESV: Everyone deceives his neighbor, and no one speaks the truth; they have taught their tongue to speak lies; they weary themselves committing iniquity. Heaping oppression upon oppression, and deceit upon deceit, they refuse to know me, declares the LORD. Therefore, thus says the LORD of hosts: "Behold, I will refine them and test them, for what else can I do, because of my people? Their tongue is a deadly arrow; it speaks deceitfully; with his mouth, each speaks peace to his neighbor, but in his heart, he plans an ambush for him. Shall I not punish them for these things? Declares the LORD, and shall I not avenge myself on a nation such as this? 2 Peter 2:3 ESV: And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.
