Trusting The Lord To Keep His Word

Abba Father, My God, My Lord, and Jehovah Raah, My Shepherd who cares for me and protects me as well as provides rest for my weary body and soul while I live. Father, I thank and praise You for keeping me as I walk the Path of Life, not knowing what the next moment will bring, but I am certain You know what is going to happen ahead of time. I trust You because You are my Father, and You give me victory. I am thankful You are with me always; I can trust You because You do not command me to be strong and courageous in my own strength, therefore, I just keep moving forward with the awareness of Your presence and power. Father, thank You for being the source of my strength, my courage, my joy, and my peace; my heart will not grow faint; not even when I must face the unknown. I am thankful that I can look to You, the only one who is all-powerful and knows what will happen next in my life and the world. Thank you, Lord, for giving me strength and for empowering me to face whatever lies ahead of me. I may not understand the challenges or the uncertain difficult times we all must face in the world today because of somebody else’s overinflated egos or bad decisions, but I know You know all about it and how it will all end. My life is in Your hand, the only one who is faithful to keep me from falling or perishing. I am thankful that You cannot lie, and You are faithful to keep Your word. So, I trust You to act on my behalf and the behalf of all those who look to You as their Shepherd, their Supply, and their Peace. It is written, “Your word is right and true, and You are faithful in all You do.” Therefore, even during our suffering and the economic downturn, food shortages, and pandemics…You are faithful to provide; You never fail. It may not be as we want it to be, but You never fail. So, I choose to continue this journey called life, in the name of Jesus Christ, with my hand in Your hand with absolute certainty that You are in control. Therefore, I will always trust You and stand on every promise You have ever made for my good and the good of humanity. Hallelujah! Amen!

Psalm 33:4-8 NIV: For the word of the LORD is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. The LORD loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of his unfailing love. By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. He gathers the waters of the sea into jars; he puts the deep into storehouses. Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the people of the world revere him. John 10: 14-15 NIV: “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father, and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
