Unshakable Faith In God

Abba Father, My God Who Forgives, My First Desire, I rise to this day with gratitude and praise to spend intimate time with You before I start my day. Lord, I am here waiting to hear Your plan for me today. I would be remiss if I started my day without seeking Your will, therefore, I am here waiting to hear from You. Speak, Lord, speak to me; Your child and servant is listening. I trust You completely with all my heart and soul to show me the way I am to walk, to fill me with whatever is necessary for my will to align with Your will, and Your purpose for me and all those whose lives I touch in words or deeds. It does not matter how things come together or if it seems everything is falling apart; Lord, I trust You with absolute confidence that You are all I need to survive and thrive. I am standing on Your Word that tells me, You will never leave me or forsake me, You are my friend who will be closer to me than a brother, and You will supply all that I need, You will even give me the desires of my heart, and You will fight for me so I can be still. Father, teach me by Your Spirit how to live and how to discern and know the truth of any situation. Please open my eyes and understanding, then empower me to be alert, attentive, obedient, and prayerful. I realize all things are not eternal, and not all things can survive Your holiness and judgment. Please show me the way, hold me close as You grant me and all those who look to You those things that are lasting, the things that cannot be destroyed with the rest of this fallen world in which we live. Father, I continue this journey called life in the name of Jesus Christ, by Your Spirit with gratitude, humility, and praise for Your grace and mercy, and provision, and for being sustained and protected. I am unafraid of those who kill can my body but cannot kill the soul; rather I fear the only one who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Father, I trust You to hold me close and never let me go, I am Your child and servant…please give me strength and peace. Hallelujah! Amen! Psalm 118:7-9 NLT: Yes, the LORD is for me; he will help me. I will look in triumph at those who hate me. It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in people. It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes. Proverbs 14:26-27 NTL: Those who fear the LORD are secure; he will be a refuge for their children. Fear of the LORD is a life-giving fountain; it offers an escape from the snares of death. 1 John 3:21-24 NIV: Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask because we keep his commands and do what pleases him. And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us. The one who keeps God’s commands lives in him, and he is in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit, he gave us.
